About Joy Sparks

“O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.” Psalm 95:1

The love of music, and particularly Gospel music, was planted in my heart early. My father pastored a small church most of my life. Both of my parents loved the Lord and His music. I started piano at 6 years old, and by 10 years old, I was the church pianist. Education and Music were my majors in college. I married my best friend, and we were blessed with three wonderful children. They have all sung with me and still use their talents for His glory in their respective churches today. While most of my life singing was the focus, it wasn’t until later in life that the songs started flowing. I pray that this music will bless souls and speak to hearts.
